Clinic Director

Drew was born in Burton-Upon-Trent and has lived in the Staffordshire Moorlands since he was 8 years old.

Having completed a 4 years Masters degree he moved back home and has been serving the local community since 2014.

During his first year in practice he was awarded ‘ UK Outstanding Graduate of the Year’ by the Royal College of Chiropractors when he won the Graeme Heale Award.. 

Whilst seeing thousands of clients over the last few years, Drew has continued his career by travelling internationally to train with world leading experts in all fields of health and wellbeing. Drew has a passion for functional neurology and vitalistic healthcare which led to him establishing Peak Chiropractic and Kinesiology and continuing to lead Team Peak!


In what little spare time he has Drew enjoys nothing more than getting out into the Peak District (the inspiration for the name of the clinic) for long walks and days spent fishing!

Mason Hancock 


Mason was born and raised in Stoke-On-Trent and remained here throughout his three year degree at Staffordshire University graduating in 2017.


Since graduating Mason has gained extensive experience in private practice and joined Team Peak to further his clinical expertise. 


Mason is fascinated by the limitless capacity of human potential and takes a keen interest in helping his clients moving beyond what they ever considered possible. Whether this development is in health, wealth or happiness Mason always aims above and beyond!

In his spare time he aims enjoys pushing his own limits in endurance running events and spending time in nature!

Chris John


Chris grew up in a town near Bristol, before qualifying as a Chiropractor at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2014.

He is a certified chiropractic extremity adjuster and an Internationally Certified Sports Chiropractor which qualifies him to treat at World & Olympic games.


His passion for years has been achieving optimum and lasting results for clients, this has taken him overseas to broaden his knowledge & skills in a range of techniques, helping him to pinpoint the source of client’s functional and health issues.


In his spare time Chris is an enthusiastic runner, wild swimmer and surfer, also enjoying general outdoor sports such as climbing and kayaking. On a creative note, he is a Grade 6 Pianist!

Joanne Smy

Animal Chiropractor

Joanne was born and raised in Hulme on the outskirts of Stoke-on -Trent. Joanne has a BSc in Bioveterinary Science from Lincoln University and her love for animals led her on to study at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic gaining degrees in Animal Therapy and Animal Manipulation in 2018 .Since then she has increased her skill base with an interest in Myofascial Release and Cranial Realignment.

Joanne has a passion for dogs and horses. She is currently training her young Vizsla in the hope that he will become a gundog, but him just behaving is bonus. Joanne also has her own horse, Carlos, who she enjoys exploring the Staffordshire countryside with on long sunny rides.

Magda Karas

Lead Myofascial Therapist

Originally from Poland  and having lived in several countries Magda brings a wealth of experience to Team Peak.


Having worked in education for numerous years, Magda decided to change career and follow her passion for well being by helping people fully develop themselves through the use of passionate hands on care.

She has completed training in advanced myofascial therapy and is also trained in Hot Stone and Indian Head Massage.

Her in depth and diverse clinical knowledge allows her to seamlessly work alongside our clinical team to achieve maximal client results but also help promote health and wellbeing among our members!

She loves nature and feels the happiest while being out hiking. Her other happy place is the pole dance and aerial studio where she enjoys working on her strength and flexibility.
