DR. ANDREW SMY
Lead Clinician and Clinic Director
Andrew was born in Burton-Upon-Trent and has lived in the Staffordshire Moorlands since he was 8 years old. Andrew is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council and has been granted the title ‘Doctor of Chiropractic’ (DC). Further to this he is also a Licentiate member of the Royal College of Chiropractors (LRCC).
Andrew is now also a member of the Royal College of Chiropractors Post Graduate Training Committee for 2016-2019 to help contribute to the ever increasing standards of training within the profession.
Having completed a 4 years Masters of Chiropractic Degree (MChiro) at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic he moved back into the local area as an Associate Chiropractor.
During his first year in practice he was awarded ‘ UK Outstanding Graduate of the Year’ by the Royal College of Chiropractors when he won the Graeme Heale Award.
Since then Andrew has continued his career by establishing Peak Chiropractic and Kinesiology which in its first year won the Royal College of Chiropractors Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM). This has been followed up in the second year by being awarded the Royal College of Chiropractors Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM).
In what little spare time he has Andrew enjoys nothing more than getting out into the Peak District (the inspiration for the name of the clinic) for long walks and days spent fishing
Siobhan was born and raised in Burton upon Trent and moved to the North West in 2010 to
start her studies in Sports Therapy, and now lives in Macclesfield.
Siobhan graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in
Sports Therapy. Within her three years of study Siobhan gained valuable experience in professional sports environments including rugby.
Since graduating Siobhan has used her years wisely! She worked in both the sports and private sector increasing her
skills as a practitioner and within the last four years stepped into personal training alongside
her clinic work.
Siobhan has gone on to gain qualifications in APPI Physiotherapy-Led Pilates, Pre and Post-
natal Pilates and Precision Nutrition Level 1, embedding an all-rounded approach to helping
people on their journey to living pain free.
Siobhan joined Team Peak to gain a thorough understanding of Applied Kinesiology and excel in private practice as she wishes to continue her studies in women’s health, especially in post-
natal women, who shes feels are particularly underserved in North Staffordshire
In her spare time Siobhan loves to keep active and set herself new challenges. Over the past
few years this has seen Siobhan complete two marathons, alongside half marathons,
triathlon and hockey. When she’s not involving herself in sport Siobhan enjoys long dog walks in the countryside and reading around personal development.
Joanne was born and raised in Hulme on the outskirts of Stoke-on -Trent. Joanne has a BSc in
Bioveterinary Science from Lincoln University and her love for animals led her on to study at the
McTimoney College of Chiropractic gaining degrees in Animal Therapy and Animal Manipulation in
2018 .Since then she has increased her skill base with an interest in Myofascial Release and Cranial Realignment.
Joanne has a passion for dogs and horses. She is currently training her young Vizsla in the hope that
he will become a gundog, but him just behaving is bonus. Joanne also has her own horse, Carlos,
who she enjoys exploring the Staffordshire countryside with on long sunny rides.

Ben was born in Stoke-on-Trent and has lived there all his life, and after years in the
construction industry Ben couldn’t ignore his dream of a career in health care so at
the age of 25, he went to study at Staffordshire University.
Having excelled in sport growing up and playing football at a high level, Ben followed
this passion to study Sports Therapy at University earning himself a first-class
honour in ‘BSc Sports Therapy.
Throughout his time as a student Ben gained significant experience working in professional sport and placement clinics.
Ben is a full member of the Society of Sports Therapists giving him access to the most
updated treatment methods and literature which he is constantly enhancing is only education with.
Ben is currently under going further training with Lead Clinicain Drew Smy to progress himself
into a clinician role by building a firm foundation in manual adjustments, Applied Kinesiology
and Emotional Release Techniques.
In his spare time he is very passionate about fitness and loves doing CrossFit,
Weightlifting, Gym, Endurance challenges and fitness pursuits to test himself both
physically and mentally however possible.
Carly is a trained Sports Massage Therapist, health and nutrition coach, reiki practitioner,
sound therapist and shamanic energy healer.
She is very passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills to help facilitate a happier healthy
life for those she serves. Everyone requires the time and space to heal.

develop more skills that will benefit others. I love the unique 7 step system used at the clinic as it looks at many aspects of an individual's health in order to work out their best healing

My background is within sport, exercise and nutritional science, looking at how structural nutritional and emotional stressors affect our health!
My application of hands on Myofascial release really allows me to have a active impact of our clients structural well being whilst using the extensive knowledge i have gained during my previous degrees to enhance the nutritional health of my clients.
I am a keen runner and gym-goer, I use my knowledge of anatomy to enhance my training plans and focus on exercises that will benefit both my running and jujitsu.
My passion for exercise and health has lead me towards a level 3 personal training qualification which I am in the process of getting started.
Mental Wellbeing Specialist
Jo, originally from Manchester, set up her business in the Staffordshire in 2014, following a
successful career in retail management, Human resources and Learning and development. Jo
wanted to specialise in people development and wellbeing and completed her Level 5 Executive
coaching at Henley business school, swiftly followed with studying the ‘Hypnotherapy practitioner
diploma.’ Quickly adding more therapeutic tools to her practice, Jo became the first advanced
practitioner in Staffordshire to use the new therapy ‘Brain working recursive therapy®’
The tools Jo uses to help clients are: -

- Emotional Freedom technique
- Broadband for the brain
- Your Warrior, Settler and Nomad
Jo specialises in stress, anxiety, self-esteem and emotional pain. She regularly works with fears and
phobias and helping clients to change outdated thoughts and feelings. She has a real passion that
sustained health is achieved by looking after the mind and body.
She now lives in Biddulph with her daughter and cocker spaniel. She is a bit of a ‘tree hugger’ and
loves nature and enjoys getting out to explore, though ballroom dancing is her other passion. To
maintain her own wellbeing Jo’s ‘go to’ tools are; yoga, listening to classical music, meditation and journaling.
