Discover a Different Approach at Peak Chiropractic Leek

At Peak Chiropractic Leek, we want to offer local people more than another option for short-term pain relief. Since 2015, Peak Chiropractic has helped more than 15,000 people [confirm figure] with an approach that looks beyond where you feel pain.

Our founder developed our unique BRT system after extensive coaching and training around the world. This helped shape the approach we use across our clinics today.

Instead of focusing only on your symptoms, we look at how your body is moving and functioning, as well as the physical and lifestyle stressors that may be affecting how you feel. This gives people looking for a chiropractor in Leek a different approach to simply managing symptoms.

Whether you're exploring chiropractic care in Leek for back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica or to improve how you move and function, we take the time to understand you and your individual situation.

Pamela started with us initially with lower back pain, and early in her treatment, her symptoms subsided rapidly. Not only symptoms, but functionally she's doing things she genuinely didn't expect to be doing, and her biggest change is that she's able to get in and out of the car more easily and doesn't feel like she's 90 anymore. This has allowed Pamela to be more confident within herself and, most importantly, independent again, and we've already hit the goals she was aiming for at the start and are now setting new targets, marking a great start to her journey at Peak.

Nicky has been coming to see the clinician for years now, and in Nicky's own words: "this is the best thing I've ever done." After almost a lifetime of struggling with being different from most other people, Nicky recently got a diagnosis of autism and ADHD, which was a game changer for her, in terms of the additional support she needed to manage her normal life. The clinician has been there every step of the way in that journey, and has kept Nicky's nervous system balanced to help manage the stresses of life, and Nicky loves how much better she feels seeing the team every week, with no intention of stopping.

When Michelle came to us, she'd been dealing with months of neck pain that was shooting up into her head, alongside a history of disc replacements in her lower neck. As a busy grandmother and dog walker, her goal was simple: to get her life back. Now nearing the end of her care plan, Michelle reports that her headaches are gone, her neck pain has significantly reduced, and she's relying far less on pain medication. She's sleeping better, has noticeably more energy, and is feeling more like herself again. With this renewal across her system, Michelle has naturally begun to focus more on her overall health, making positive dietary changes such as increasing her fruit and vegetable intake, and even gearing up to decorate the top floor of her house. Improvements like better sleep, increased energy, and greater activity levels often come alongside enhanced nervous system function, and are frequently unexpected for those who initially come in seeking relief from pain alone. Our care is about restoring how the body functions as a whole, not just managing symptoms.

This is Mark, and when he first came in, his main priority was twinging in the knees. Since working together, the flare-ups in the knees have reduced a lot, and he even noticed secondary problems in the shoulder. He had believed the shoulder couldn't be fixed, as it had persisted for over 20 years, but Mark is now seeing great improvement in the right shoulder, with better flexibility and reduced pain, something he genuinely didn't think would happen.

Congratulations to Lee on winning a competition we ran! Lee had struggled for years with upper back and shoulder pain, carrying a lot of stress and tension in that area that was negatively affecting his life, and his wife Amanda saw our competition and encouraged him to enter, so he was our lucky winner. Time constraints have always been Lee's biggest barrier to sorting his back pain, but this has been a genuinely huge help to make him take that first step and start working on himself.

As one of our members, Kim is continuing to see steady progress as her body adapts, since muscle tissue takes time to change, which is why our myofascial team focuses on restoring length and improving mobility where it's needed most. Since starting, she's gained an impressive 12cm of upper-body range, helping her shoulders move with greater ease. She has several personal goals she's working toward, including getting back to playing squash with her husband, and each improvement brings her closer. Kim now has much better balance and more equal muscle activation, with her weight distribution reduced to just a 0.5kg difference, down from 11.2kg on her right side, and this even loading, combined with her increased upper-body flexibility, will support smoother, more controlled movements on the court. Long-term care plays a key role in progress like this, as the body, and especially muscle tissue, needs time to adjust, rebuild, lengthen, and form new movement patterns, so meaningful changes develop gradually rather than overnight. Consistency is what leads to lasting results.

Kevin, a builder, came to us after dealing with on-and-off low back pain for nearly 10 years, and one day at work while using tools, his back "went," with pain reaching 7/10 at its worst, along with recent right-sided sciatica, which prompted him to seek care. Now, well into his care plan, Kevin reports his back pain has reduced to occasional stiffness, with many completely pain-free days, allowing him to focus on renovating a property and working for himself in a physically demanding role, while also feeling comfortable mountain biking and even cycling to work at times. Functionally, his movement has improved significantly, he's now just 3cm from touching the floor, compared to 15cm when he first came in, and his weight loading is far more even, with only a 5.5kg difference on his right side, down from 13.5kg. There's still work to do as we continue through his plan, including addressing right elbow pain that's also moving in a positive direction. Kevin's progress highlights that meaningful, long-term change doesn't happen overnight, but through consistent care that supports the body as a whole, retrains the brain, and optimises nervous system function.

Kath first found us at the Leek show, and after having her posture picture taken then, she knew she needed to act, so she came in for her initial consultation and has been working with us since to help resolve her lower back, knee, and shoulder pain. She's now back to being able to do six-mile dog walks along the canal, as well as her usual work and activities without issue, and Kath has chosen to continue working with us to fine-tune the rest of her body, and work to prevent future issues happening.

Karen came to us after being recommended by close friends we'd also had the pleasure of helping, and ongoing issues with her right knee and left shoulder had been holding her back from being the version of herself she remembered from years ago. After completing the first chapter of care, the changes have been incredible. Karen is now back in the gym four times per week, sleeping uninterrupted, comfortably walking 10,000 steps, and most importantly, feeling like herself again. Karen, it's genuinely been a joy supporting you on your journey back to strength, confidence, and vitality.

Julia was originally recommended to us by a good friend, and from day one she's been an absolute pleasure to care for. A truly lovely lady who consistently shows up for her health. Since starting care, Julia has experienced significant improvements and is now maintaining those results, allowing her to show up fully for herself and for the people she loves most. We're also so grateful that she's paying it forward by booking her mum in for an initial consultation off the back of the amazing results she's experienced herself. Julia, thank you for your trust and positivity, it's a privilege to look after you and now support your family too.
