A few weeks ago I have written a blog about the amazing books I read recently. ‘Delay ageing: Healthy to 100’. One of the things that was mentioned in the health-supporting and age delaying programme was green tea.

Green tea can be called the new elixir of youth. Celebrities can't stop talking about how green tea has helped them fight ageing and maintain their youthful appearance.
