"I Don't Have Time" Is Not An Excuse

"I don't have time to come in twice a week."
It's an excuse we hear all the time, and when I first started working at Team Peak, I used to genuinely believe people when they said this. Now I know that 99% of the time, it simply isn't true, because we all have the same 24 hours in a day, yet we all choose remarkably different priorities within them.
Trying to fit two one-hour sessions into an already busy week can genuinely feel difficult, and even two 30 minute sessions might feel like a stretch for some people. That's entirely understandable, and it's also precisely why our adjustment sessions aren't particularly long in the first place. We train extensively so we can deliver a genuinely effective service in the shortest possible time, not just to make your week easier, but so we can help a meaningfully larger number of people too.
I've worked four days this week, and across those four days, I've personally seen 113 people. I've delivered the best service I possibly can to every single one of them, without exception. Some of those people were entire families: parents with young children, husbands and wives who trusted me enough to want me helping the people they love too. It's a level of care I genuinely pride myself on, being able to support entire families as they improve their health together.
But during this same demanding week, I've also managed to visit the gym three separate times. I've spent three evenings relaxing in the pub with friends. I gave a health talk at Moddershall Oaks. I cooked dinner every single evening, watched several episodes of a show I genuinely enjoy, and still found time to read two entire books.
I'm not sharing any of this to brag about how much I've managed to fit in. I'm sharing it because, despite having my busiest work week ever, I've still had more than enough time left over to do the things I genuinely enjoy with the people I love most.
It would be remarkably easy to get up half an hour before work, grab a meal deal for lunch, order a takeaway on the way home, and spend the entire evening slumped on the sofa. I deliberately don't do that, because I have other priorities sitting higher on my list. I fill my time with things I genuinely have to do, alongside things I genuinely want to do.
Two 10 minute sessions each week really isn't difficult if your health is a genuine priority for you. There will always be legitimate, time-based reasons why certain people simply can't make it work. But if your health matters enough to you personally, you'll usually find a way to make it happen regardless of how busy life gets.
When people search for a chiropractor near me, they often assume that distance or convenience must be the real barrier standing between them and better health. In our experience, though, time is simply the excuse people reach for most readily, even when the underlying issue is genuinely about priorities rather than an actually packed diary.
If you've been putting off finding chiropractic care near me because you've assumed it won't realistically fit around your life, it's worth remembering just how deliberately short our sessions are designed to be. We built our 6 Step System specifically around delivering real, lasting results efficiently, without demanding hours of your week that you genuinely don't have available to give.
Looking for the best chiropractor near me isn't really about finding the closest available clinic, either. It's about finding a team who respects your time enough to work efficiently, and who genuinely cares enough to hold you accountable when accountability is exactly what you need. Our clinical team trains extensively for precisely this reason, so every session delivers real, measurable value within a genuinely short window.
If you're searching for a local chiropractor near me because you want genuine consistency without the hassle of long drives or lengthy appointments, that's exactly what we've deliberately built our clinics around. Any chiropractic clinic near you should make that consistency easy to maintain, not something you have to fight for every single week.
Stop being lazy. Stop taking the easy route for everything while somehow still expecting the best possible results. If you want anything meaningful in life, you have to genuinely dedicate real time and focus toward it, and your health is really no different from anything else.
Stop making your own health worse simply because an easy life feels more comfortable than properly factoring in the time it actually takes to be adjusted. It only ever affects you negatively in the long run, and it's a habit that's genuinely worth breaking sooner rather than later.
How long does a typical adjustment session actually take? Our sessions are deliberately kept short, often around 10 minutes, because we train extensively to deliver effective care efficiently.
Is twice a week genuinely necessary for real results? Consistency matters considerably more than duration. Two short sessions a week tend to produce better, longer-lasting results than occasional longer visits.
What if I genuinely can't fit sessions into my schedule? Legitimate time-based constraints certainly do exist, and our team can help find a realistic schedule that still supports meaningful progress.
Can my whole family attend sessions together? Yes. Many of our clients bring partners, children, and other family members once they personally see the benefits for themselves.
What's the first step if I genuinely want to prioritise this? Book yourself in for a consultation, and we'll build a plan that genuinely works with your week rather than against it.
