The Green Roasting Tin

This week Siobhan has a recipe book recommendation for those who struggle with time or are looking to incorporate a range of nutrients into their diet.

The roasting tin is a great place to start.

Simply gather all of your ingredients and put them into any large roasting tin and let the oven do the work. Most of the recipes in this book take a maximum of 10 minutes to prepare and then simply wait for your meal to cook whilst cracking on with all the other jobs we all have to do on a daily basis.

It’s also a great way to cook large portions of food and have lunch for the following day prepared without having to take extra time to do so.
